At The Tile Shoppe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation purchase. If you have surplus materials or are unhappy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled tiles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your return is within 30 days of delivery and that the tiles are unused, uninstalled, and in full box quantities.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team or visit our online portal to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your tiles in the original manufacturer cardboard and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
